Hi all. If you happen to watch the video above, it is all about grit. Grit is defined as "courage and resolve; strength of character". That is how I see the author of that video. She never stopped until she got to a point wherein she is already successful and doesn't need to be an employee anymore.

And she did not stop there. As she said, she is still working and earning. And the video above is an example of that. By sharing her success on YouTube, while people watch her video, it is earning money for her via AdSense.

Making videos is a good way of earning online. This method is called Passive Earning or Passive Income. The simplest and most common definition of passive income is income that you earn without being actively involved. Just like the YouTube video above, once you post it, you just need to check it from time to time.

And for me, making videos is easier than creating blogs. With blogs you need to write atleast 300 to 400 words for each post and do the same level of research when you are creating a video. The nice thing about this is that you can link your blog to your YouTube video and vise versa. You can also link any other website that has AdSense and your income will double.

BUT, there is always a but. Before you can earn, you need traffic to any site that has ads, and getting that traffic is a topic for another post.
